We offer web support for our document management software clients that can be accessed 24/7 if you maintain an active support agreement with Triangle Solutions Technology. 8. What types of scanners do you sell? We sell low and high speed scanners that can handle documents of many sizes (checks, letter, legal, ledger, engineering). If you use microfilm, copy documents multiple times, or send out large mailings or catalogs to partners or clients, then Rimage's Producer and Desktop Family of products may help you do your job more quickly and cost-effectively. If the annual support payment lapses then any support questions a client has are handled on a billable basis and are billed by the hour. 11. What does your technical support consist of? We provide technical support for all the products we sell. Clients who have purchased Westbrook Technologies products or ACS Software products and maintain an active support agreement have access to Customer Support located on our web site.
